Shawn Gameplayss is an app that provides rewards and gift cards to users who participate in our YouTube live streams by entering special codes shared during broadcasts. By using our application, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Information We Collect

• Google Sign-In Information: We only collect your name, email address, and profile photo URL through Google Sign-In. We do not collect any additional personal information.

• Entry Codes: The 10-digit codes you enter from our live streams to claim rewards.

• Data Storage: All user data is stored on Firebase Realtime Database servers located in Singapore.

• Data Retention: We retain your Google Sign-In information and associated data for as long as you actively use the app. If you are inactive for 6 months, we automatically delete all your personal data from our servers.

• Data Deletion: When you delete your profile, all your personal information is permanently deleted from our servers.

We do NOT collect device information, usage statistics, or any other data beyond what's listed above.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. These include:

• Firebase Realtime Database with strict security rules to protect your data

• Secure user authentication through Google Sign-In

• Encrypted transmission of sensitive information

• Regular security assessments and audits

• Limited access controls to your data with proper authentication

• Automated monitoring for suspicious activity

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

App Permissions

Our app only requests notification permissions to alert you about:

• New rewards and gift cards

• Special events and livestreams

• Important app announcements

We do NOT request access to your camera, location, contacts, storage, microphone, or other sensitive device features. We request only the minimum permissions necessary to provide our service.

• Google Services: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data including: current screens viewed, user navigation patterns, daily active users, and basic engagement metrics. We also track custom events that help us understand how users interact with specific features of our app. This helps us identify potential app issues and improve user experience. • No Other Sharing: We do NOT share your personal information with any other third parties beyond Google's services.

• Gift Card Codes: We purchase gift card codes from third-party providers (Amazon, Steam, Valorant, etc.), but we do not share your information with these providers.

Your privacy is important to us. We only collect what's necessary to provide our service and limit sharing to essential Google services.

Trademarks & Logos

Our app may display trademarks, logos, or brand names of third parties (YouTube, Amazon, Steam, Marvel Rivals, Valorant) solely for the purpose of informing users about the origin and type of gift cards and rewards available through our app.

All such trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of these brands and their inclusion does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
